As Assistant Manager – Admin, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing day-to-day administrative operations at HO and Unit offices.
Overseeing front desk, office facilities, and general office management.
Coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely procurement and service management.
Assisting HR and other departments in documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
Maintaining records, statutory documents, and office correspondence.
